Enjoy your holiday even more by letting us take care of the “extras”!
Treat yourself or your partner to a surprise package. Enjoy a luscious breakfast basket curated with local products, or feast on a barbecue of delicious delicacies. We will do the shopping for you! If desired, order an additional set of linens or request an extra cleaning service during your stay. Rent a bike or read a book. Relax the way you want. For your own horse/pony, we offer our “Horse Holiday” accommodations. By prearranged consultation, we can shuttle you to and/or from any of the numerous beautiful destinations in the vicinity.
Surprise package
Let yourself and/or your partner/companion be pampered by requesting a surprise package worth 24.95 euros. The surprise package is ready for you upon arrival. Please select this option when making your reservation.
Landstee breakfast
During your stay you can opt to savor a gourmet breakfast basket (from 8.00 am to 10.00 am) (€17.50 per person). This basket is filled with Sallandse regional products: freshly baked bread, sweet surprise, butter, sweet toppings (including jam and sprinkles), cheese and cold cut, boiled fresh free range eggs, juice and fresh fruit.
If you would like to request the gourmet breakfast basket, we ask that you let us know at least one day in advance, and preferably when making your reservation.
BBQ-service
What’s a holiday without a barbecue? Request our BBQ service.
Enjoy barbecuing to the fullest, that’s possible….
Thanks to the BBQ service, you do not have to bring your own barbecue or buy a disposable barbecue, and you do not have to do the shopping yourself. You must request this service at least 1 day in advance.
Linen service
The beds are made up as standard upon arrival at De Landstee. A kitchen linen set is available in the kitchen, consisting of a towel, tea towel and dishcloth.
The bathroom is equipped with a towel package (one set per person) and a bath mat. If you need clean bed linens or clean towels during your stay, you can use the linen service. The extra towel package (per person) and the kitchen linen package have a fixed price of 5 euros per set. The bed linen package has a fixed price of 7.50 euros per set.
Cleaning service
The guesthouse is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. For the occasional ‘accident’, there is a vacuum cleaner and bucket (including all-purpose cleaner) in the cupboard. If desired, house cleaning can also be done during your stay. You can opt for basic sanitary cleaning or a complete cleaning. The extra costs depend on the desired level cleaning.

Bike rental
Exploring the area as much as possible is, of course, very easy by bike. You can bring your own bicycle, but we also offer you the opportunity to rent bicycles. With the National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug in such close proximity, you can imagine just how many beautiful cycling routes are waiting to be discovered.
Would you like to rent a bicycle through us during your stay at Landleven Luttenberg? Do you need a bicycle for adults, a bicycle for children or an electric bicycle? Please don’t hesitate to inquire about the possibilities.
Books service
In De Landstee you will find a varied selection of books. Feel free to choose a book that appeals to you completely free of charge.
If you are unable to finish the book during your stay, but you are curious about how the story ends… you can take the book home with you. Do you have a book that you want to leave behind in the stay, please.
Shuttle service
By arrangement we can take you to a starting point for a lovely tour in the vicinity. If you have had a long journey and the way back has become arduous, you can request our pick-up service at € 0.85 per km (with a starting rate of € 20,-). There are many options to discuss!
