Requirements:
Minimum age of guests 18 years and older. Children are welcome, accompanied by their parent/guardian.

• Check-in from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Check-out is possible between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Custom check-in/check-out is negotiable, we are happy to look at the possibilities together.
• Pets are not allowed and De Landstee is non-smoking only.
• Prices are based on 2 persons (double occupancy), for each additional person a surcharge of 15 euros per night will be charged.
• Quoted price includes tourist tax.
• Quoted price includes VAT.
• A deposit of € 250.00 applies; this must be paid during the reservation.
• Reservation is complete, pending payment by bank.
• Please pay extra costs (drinks, services) during your stay by pin or cash before departure.
• Winter deal: a midweek package of 4 nights – from November till the end of February (excluding December) – €400 for double occupancy.

Cancellation Policy
Did you make a reservation and now your plans have changed? We understand this can happen. Cancellations made 30 days, or more, in advance of your stay will be charged a 20% cancellation fee of the total invoiced amount. If a cancellation takes place within 4 weeks of the start of your stay, the full amount is due. “Reservation” means every confirmed reservation, whether paid or not. All cancellations or changes must be conveyed by email or WhatsApp. As a precaution, we advise our guests to take out (continuous) cancellation insurance. If you do not purchase insurance and cancel your reservation, unfortunately, given the uniquely singular nature of our accommodations, all costs are still your responsibility. Please keep this in mind when booking.
